8 sun-dried tomatoes , chopped fine

1 teaspoon anchovy paste

1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes

1 1/2 cups flour , divided

1 teaspoon basil

Breading

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste

1/2 cup milk

1 medium onion , chopped

1 teaspoon oregano
