180 ml (3/4 cup) Crumbed Walnuts

250 ml (1 cup) raw sugar

250 ml (1 cup) Safflower oil (also known as Sunflower)

3 Eggs375 ml (1 1/2 cup) self-Raising flour

5 ml (1 teaspoon) baking soda

10 ml (2 teaspoons) Ground cinnamon

250 g (8 oz) cream cheese (I like the Philadelphia brand, unflavoured)

500 ml (2 cups) Icing sugar

15 ml (1 tablespoon) butter

30 ml (2 tablespoons) lemon Juice
