Ingredients for 6 servings

6 large scallops , cut in half

6 tablespoons peanuts

1/8 teaspoon granulated sugar

4 cans beef stock (8+ cups, home made beef broth is best)

2 tablespoons peanut oil or olive oil

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

12 medium shrimp , cleaned and butter-flied

1-2 ounce bean sprouts or alfalfa sprout

12 white button mushrooms , cleaned

2 teaspoons flour

1/2 lb boneless sirloin steak or london broil beef , cut into small thin bit size pieces

NOODLES VEGETABLES TOPPING INGREDIENTS

2 teaspoons fresh ginger , peeled and chopped

6 large yellow onions , sliced about 1/8 inch thick (4 cups)

3 shallots , chopped

6 ounces swiss gruyere cheese (or substitute Swiss cheese)

lobster meat (optional)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon soy sauce

12 slices French baguettes , thin (very thin slices is important and only two per bowl)

SOUP BASE INGREDIENTS

3 small plum tomatoes

1 teaspoon curry powder , mixed with

crabmeat (optional)

4-6 ounces of chinese thin egg noodles (use thin noodles and a small amount Eliminate noodles if using small soup bowls)

1 tablespoon sesame oil

6 tablespoons harvey bristol cream dry sherry

4 cloves garlic , minced

2 tablespoons water

2 tablespoons butter
