1 x Brown onion finely diced

1 x clove garlic, chopped

1 x chilli, deseeded and finely chopped

250 g mushrooms

1 cup quinoa

500 (whichever is your preference, in this recipe I used chicken)** ml Stock(whichever is your preference, in this recipe I used chicken)*

sea salt and black pepper to taste

parsley finely chopped

8 gourmet sausages

olive oil

5 x cloves of finely chopped garlic

400 g green beans, cut into thirds
