Ingredients for 4 servings

1.0 bayleaf

2.0 peppercorns

2.0 fresh trout fillets (approx 400g)

25.0 g fresh watercress leaves

4.0 tbsp natural yogurt

A little lemon juice, to taste

Fresh lettuce leaves, optional

8.0 slices fresh bread of your choice

1.0 red pepper

2.0 medium courgettes

2.0 tbsp olive oil

4.0 tbsp cottage cheese

1.0 tbsp fresh, finely chopped herbs

4.0 fresh bread rolls (1 for each parent, ½ - ¾ for each toddler and some for baby)

3.0 small vacuum-packed, cooked beetroot in natural juices

3.0 carrots, peeled

Handful sunflower seeds

Handful dried fruit such as cranberries, blueberries, sultanas, raisins

1.0 tbsp mayonnaise

2.0 tsp natural yogurt

2.0 cooked,free-range chicken thighs, shredded into small pieces, or 160g chargrilled cooked chicken slices

4.0 wholemeal pitta breads (1 large pitta for each adult, ½ pitta for each toddler and a few pitta sticks for the baby, depending on the age)
