1 lb white mushroom , use large,1/2 inch slices

4 cloves garlic , finely minced

1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce

salt and pepper

1 1/2 cups onions , cut into 1/2 inch dice

8 ounces portabella mushrooms , gills removed,1/2 inch slices

1/4 teaspoon hot pepper flakes

1/4-3/4 cup water

3/4 teaspoon dried rosemary , crushed

2 teaspoons sherry wine or sherry wine vinegar
