2-3 x negi or leek, cut on the bias into 1/2 inch pieces

6 x mushrooms

1 large daikon, grated on the small perforated side of a grater

6 tbsp ponzu dipping sauceā€”if you can get fresh yuzu, use the juice mixed with soy sauce, otherwise ponzu is good
