1 onion, chopped

2 sticks celery, chopped

2 tbsp olive oil

1 kg tomatoes, skinned and chopped

1 tsp sugar

500 ml hot vegetable stock

2 tsp sesame seeds

1 tsp coriander seeds

25 g blanched hazelnuts (or almonds)

150 g mild soft goats’ cheese
