½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

5 cups water

½ cup Greek yogurt, diluted with 2 tablespoons milk

1 cup Diamond walnuts, toasted and broken into small pieces

½ apple, cut into ¼-inch cubes

1 green onion, green part only, minced

¼ teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves

1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
