1 1/2 cups cooked lentils, rinsed and drained

2 cups raw cashews, quick soaked and drained (hot water)

1 1/4 cups walnuts, raw (also quick soaked)

1 1/2 - 2 cups of water

1/3 cup nutritional yeast

3/4 tsp pink salt

3/4 tsp black whole peppercorns

2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup fresh lemon

2 Tbsp nutritional yeast

spices: salt, cayenne, pepper, red pepper flakes

2 tsp dried Italian Herbs
