Mexican Pizza

I did not specify serving sizes because you can make as few or as many pizzas as you like. You can add as many or as few toppings as you like as well!

Ingredients for 2 servings

mini pizza shells

frozen black beans pepper onion mixture

corn

chopped avocado

cumin salt pepper

chopped tomatoes

sweet baby rays bbq sauce

avocado

shredded cheese

lettuce

Preparation

1.

Put a couple tbsp of BBQ onto pizza shell

2.

Grab a handful on beans and veggies (minus avocado & lettuce) and throw them on

3.

Sprinkle with cheese and spices

4.

Bake at 350 for 10 mins or until crunchy

5.

Top with avocado and lettuce
