1 small clove garlic, minced

1/4 cup pecan halves, toasted and coarsely chopped

1 tablespoon light brown sugar

Pinch kosher salt

1 cup small broccoli florets

1/2 medium red bell pepper, stemmed, seeded and cut into 1-by-3-inch pieces
