1/4 teaspoon garam masala , spice mixture (available in Indian or Specialty Markets)

1/2 inch ginger (peeled)

2 inches fresh ginger (peeled)

4 cloves garlic

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1 lemon, juice of

FOR THE MASALA SAUCE RECIPE

1/4 teaspoon ground mace

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves

1/2 cup unsalted butter

8 cloves garlic

2 teaspoons water

salt & pepper

4 teaspoons water

1/2 lb green bell pepper (stemmed, seeded and chopped)

1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg

2 teaspoons honey

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 cup plain yogurt
