1 (16 ounce) package egg roll wraps

Egg Rolls

1 teaspoon asian chili oil

Peanut Sauce

1/2 cup white onion, finely diced

1/2 lb pork tenderloin, cut into very small pieces

2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce

1 tablespoon peanut oil or vegetable oil

1 teaspoon sesame oil

coarse-ground garlic salt

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger or 1 teaspoon finely minced fresh ginger

1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 cups thinly sliced cabbage (4 ounces)

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

3 cups fresh bean sprouts (10-12 ounces)

1 1/2 tablespoons chicken broth or pineapple juice

1 tablespoon water

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

1 egg , beaten together with

1 1/2 medium carrots , peeled and julienned (1 cup or 4 ounces)
