2 tablespoons capers

flour , enough to dust the chicken breasts

2 garlic cloves , minced

salt and pepper

1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup sour cream (reduced or fat free work great)
