handful sungold or another grape or cherry-sized tomatoes, halved

about 1 Tb olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

2 squeezes fresh lemon juice

sprinkle grated parmiggiano-reggiano, grana padana, pecorino romano, ricotta salata, or any other type of hard Italian cheese
