Preparation

1.

Grab a regular cheese grater and grate the raw cauliflower into small, rice-sized pieces.

2.

While you’re doing that, heat up a non-stick skillet with a little olive oil.

3.

Add the cauliflower and heat until slightly browned. Voila! Easy, easy, easy.
