Ingredients

2 1/4 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa

1 3/4 cups granulated sugar

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, very soft

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup milk

1/2 cup coffee

4 large eggs

Preparation

Sift all of your dry ingredients into one large bolw: All-Purpose Flour, unsweetened cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar. Add in your softened butter and vegetable oil. Mix 1/2 cup of coffer (already brewed)., vanilla, and milk in one bowl. Add to your bowl of batter. Bake: Fill exactly 1/4 cup into the prepared muffin tins. Bake for 23 minutes for cupcakes. Hint: If you like a gooey cupcake- bake for 20 minutes.
