3-4 cup whole grain flour, preferably sprouted

2 tsp unrefined sea salt

1 1/2 cup grapes, preferably Concord or wine grapes

2 tbsp loosely packed fresh rosemary needles

up to 1 tablespoon very coarse unrefined sea salt

2 tbsp unrefined extra virgin olive oil, plus extra to serve
