  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup organic shortening
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp molasses or raw agave nectar
  • 7 to 10 tbsp chocolate hemp milk or rice milk
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tsp bourbon vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 2 x eggs - beaten
  • 1/4 cup water
