  • 150.0ml pot mild natural yogurt
  • small bunch mint , leaves torn
  • enough lamb or vegetable stock to cover the rice, from a cube is fine
  • 400.0g pack lean minced lamb
  • 300.0g frozen peas
  • 1⁄2 cucumber , finely chopped or grated
  • 2.0 tsp cumin
  • FOR THE CUCUMBER YOGURT
  • 300.0g basmati rice
  • 3 garlic cloves , crushed
