Ingredients for 4 servings

1 tbsp olive oil

6 oz tempeh

3 cup water

1 oz small shell pasta, or about a cup (I used quinoa pasta)

1/4 cup or a handful frozen peas

2 tsp onion flakes

1 tsp granulated garlic

1 tsp thyme

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp mild chili powder

1/8 tsp ground black pepper

2 tbsp broth powder (I used Frontier chicken-style broth)

2 tsp arrowroot or corn starch

1/4 tsp salt, or to taste
