  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves, can use orange marmalade
  • 2 1/2-3 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs , can use breasts, can use a combination
  • 1 garlic clove , minced
  • 1/2 cup liquid honey
  • 1/3 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
  • pepper , to taste
