Ingredients for 10 servings

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

4 medium sized ripe bananas, mashed

1/2 cup sugar

1 large egg, lightly beaten

2 Tbsp. canola oil

2 tsp. vanilla extract

1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted

Vegetable cooking spray (olive oil cooking spray is even healthier)

Light whipped cream cheese spread (optional)
