8 ounces feta cheese , crumbled

1/3 cup fresh dill , minced

1 garlic clove , minced very fine

1 large onion , minced (about 1 cup)

oil (for frying)

3 garlic cloves , minced

1 cup rye flour or all-purpose flour

4 ounces cream cheese , room temperature

1/3 cup fresh mint , minced

3/4 cup parmesan cheese , grated
