1 cup wood chips , soaked in water for 1 hour

1 Tbl dry ginger

12 medium button mushrooms , cut in half

1 red onion , peeled and cut into 1½-inch squares

2 Tbl olive oil

¼ cup vegetable oil

1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

¼ cup soy sauce

1 Tbl minced garlic

12 pineapple chunks

1 Tbl honey

1 red bell pepper , cut into twelve 1-inch squares

2 Tbl orange juice
