Ingredients for 2 servings

1 cup buckwheat groats, raw (soaked for a few hours and rinsed well)

3-4 kiwis, skinned

as much cinnamon hemp milk as liked (recipe below)

3/4 cup water

1/4 cup hemp seeds

1 tsp cinnamon (we used a lot because we love our cinnamon please adjust to your liking)

1 tbsp mesquite (optional just adds in more depth of flavor)

splash of vanilla
