Potato Salad

You can add different things like sliced peppers too, they make a big difference and add loads of colour!

Ingredients for 5 servings

1/3 tsp garam masala

1/3 tsp salt

4 tbsp greek yoghurt

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 diced tomato

1/4 diced onion

3 diced baby potatoes (make sure they are really small)

2 lettuce pieces

Preparation

1.

First put the diced potatoes in a glass plate and sprinkle with water. They should be quite damp and not dry, it doesn't matter if there is water in the plate!

2.

Turn the oven to Gas Mark 7 and put in the potatoes for 15 minutes.

3.

While that is baking, mix the yoghurt and mayonnaise in a salad bowl.

4.

Add the salt and garam masala. At this point you can add any other things like black pepper and crushed chillies.

5.

Next, add the tomatoes and onions to the bowl and mix well.

6.

The potatoes should be done so take them out and mix in the salad bowl.

7.

Finally, add in separate bowls and garnish with pieces of lettuce.
