white puree (use 1/2 cup)

1 medium zucchini , peeled and rough chopped

3 tablespoons white flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Optional toppings

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup yellow cornmeal

3 tablespoons whole wheat flour

1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional) or shredded low-fat cheese (optional)

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
