2 tablespoons minced seeded jalapeƱo pepper (about 1 pepper)

2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

3/4 cup (3 ounces) shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
