4 Rings green bell Pepper

Step 1: Spread half of the mustard onto the cut sides of the bagel.
Step 2: Layer 1 lettuce leaf, 2 green pepper rings, 4 cucumber slices, and 2 tomato slices on one half, one by one.
Step 3: Sprinkle salt and pepper on the tomato.
Step 4: Afterwards, top 2 onion slices and half of alfalfa sprouts, then cover with other half of the bagel.
Step 5: Repeat the same process with for other sandwich.
