Garlic And Chili Pepper Pasta

This is such a great dish when you have nothing in the fridge. It's so easy and delicious.

Ingredients for 2 servings

2.5 tbsps butter

2 tbs olive oil

2 tsps dried chili flakes

3 clove garlic

12 oz pasta

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1/4 cup panko

tsp  salt

tsp black pepper

Preparation

1.

Dice garlic

In medium sized pan heat butter and olive oil and salt and pepper once melted, add garlic and chili flakes cook over medium heat

Cook for 2-3 minutes, watch carefully so butter doesn't burn

4.

In salted water boil your pasta

5.

Right before serving turn heat back in sauce and add panko and cook until they're crunchy

6.

Drain pasta and add butter/sauce toss in Parmesan cheese
