2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp olive oil

1 x medium shallot, finely chopped

1 x large rib of celery, finely chopped

1 x clove garlic, minced

1/2 pound pound farfalle, or another pasta shape

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

4 ounces Gorgonzola, piccante or dolce, cut in pieces

2 tbsp minced parsley

2 x large sprigs basil, finely julienned
