Ingredients for 2 servings

300 g pack cream cheese

1 tbsp icing sugar

500 g sliced fruit – I like strawberries, oranges, kiwis, pineapples pears and raspberries

1 packet of Original Dutch Pancakes

or Sweet Dutch Pancakes

Preparation

1.

Mix together the cream cheese and icing sugar and spread on two cold Sweet Dutch Pancakes.

2.

Top with the sliced fruit and cut into wedges to serve. What a fun twist!
