  • 6 cloves garlic, smashed with side of cleaver
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp Ground Coriander
  • 2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup White Wine
  • 2 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • cilantro to garnish
