1 teaspoon olive oil

1/2 cup warm water (about 110 degrees)

1 cup buttermilk

6 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled

4 teaspoons sea salt

6 cups of all-purpose flour, plus more for workspace

1 egg, lightly beaten
