2 tbsp sesame oil

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp rice or balsamic vinegar

1 1/2 tbsp honey or sugar

a tiny squirt (about 1/4 tsp.) chili sauce or sambal oelek

1 lb fresh Chinese noodles, rice noodles or spaghetti

2-3 x green onions, thinly sliced

1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds (optional)

1/2 cup chopped roasted peanuts (optional)
