Use Grade A maple syrup so it's not too maple-y or use raw honey if you're not vegan. Yuuuum!

8 x organic graham crackers, crushed (or your favorite vegan cookie, crushed)

2 tbsp melted coconut oil

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 cup raw cashews

2 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup maple syrup (add more or less, depending on your preferred sweetness)

Seeds of 1 vanilla bean

2 cup fresh, mixed berries

juice of 2 limes

zest of 1 lime

1/4 cup maple syrup
