Ingredients for 6 servings

6 slices bacon

2 pork tenderloins (1 lb each), cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces

2 large onions, chopped (2 cups)

3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

3 cans (15.5 oz each) navy beans, drained, rinsed

1 can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen® organic fire roasted diced tomatoes, undrained

1 cup Progresso® chicken broth

1/2 cup dry white wine

2 tablespoons tomato paste

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

3 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme leaves

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

1 tablespoon butter or margarine

1/2 cup Progresso® panko crispy bread crumbs

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
