Ingredients for 5 servings

1 1/2 lbs ground beef

1/4 cup ketchup

1/3 pkg dry onion soup mix

2 eggs

1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs

4 cloves garlic

1/4 tsp dry Italian seasoning blend

to taste fresh ground black pepper

a sprinkling of cayenne pepper

Preparation

1.

mix ingredients together in a large bowl

form medium size meatballs

3.

place on a pre greased baking sheet

4.

bake at 425 in a pre-heated oven until done (about 30 mins - do not overcook or they will come out dry)
