1/2 cup water

2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

1 tablespoon cooking oil

STIR-FRY

2 cups broccoli florets

1/2 cup chicken broth

2 small red sweet bell peppers , cored,seeded and cut into bite sized chunks

2 tablespoons catsup

1 medium sweet potato , peeled and cut into bite sized chunks

1 small red onion , sliced

1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce

2 tablespoons cornstarch

SAUCE

2 cups leftover turkey , cut into strips or chunks

2 tablespoons sugar
