1 1⁄2 cups lukewarm water (100°F)

4 tsp. active dry yeast

1 cup Classic Sourdough Starter or Easy Sourdough Starter (see related recipes at left)

1 Tbs. honey

6 cups bread flour, plus more as needed

1 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted

2 eggs

2 1⁄2 tsp. salt

2 Tbs. yellow cornmeal mixed with 2 Tbs. bread flour
