This paneer was easy to make and very good. Mine was slightly soft for cooking, perhaps I didn't let it dry long enough. Would make again for sure though.

1/2 a gallon of milk (equals 1.8 liters)

3 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

3-4 cups of ice
