2 teaspoons sweet paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger

2 teaspoons minced garlic

1 tablespoon oil

1 cup chickpea flour

3/4 cup plain nonfat or low- fat yogurt

Crisp lettuce leaves

Lime wedges

Fresh mint chutney (see recipe)
