1 (8.25 ounce) jar prepared mole sauce (found in the Mexican specialty food aisle)

1 ½ tablespoons packed dark brown sugar

½ teaspoon kosher salt

2 tablespoons vegetable oil, for brushing grill

2 pork tenderloins, about 1 ½ pounds total

⅓ cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
