Hi Marika, you can use soy sauce or braggs... The flavor won't be quite the same but still good... Also if you google vegan fish sauce there are a couple of recipes online

Ingredients for 4 servings

2 lbs (910g) Brussels Sprouts, loose leaves removed and cut in half lengthwise

3-4 T (45-60ml)Grape Seed or other cooking oil

4 T (60ml) Water

2 T (30ml) Fish Sauce

2 T (30ml) Sriracha Sauce

1/2 T crushed Garlic

2 t (10ml) fresh Lime Juice

1 t (5g) packed Golden Brown Sugar

1 t (5ml) Rice Vinegar

1/4 c finely cut Mint Leaves
