1 cup cooked brown rice (how to cook)

1/3 cup grade B maple syrup

2 cups of young coconut meat

2 tbsp virgin coconut oil

1 tsp organic vanilla extract (look for gluten-free if you have a sensitivity)

1 tbsp raw, wild-harvested honey (serious vegans can leave this out)

1/4 tsp pink Himalayan or Celtic sea salt

1 1/2 cup fresh almond milk (ideally our raw recipe)

1/2 tsp organic cinnamon
