1 bunch of spring onions, thinly sliced

1 teaspoon soy sauce

A large handful of coriander, roughly chopped

½ red chilli, halved, seeds removed and finely sliced

200 ml coconut milk

A squeeze of lime juice

200 g cooked king prawns, defrosted if frozen

2 tablespoons smooth or crunchy peanut butter

2 strips of medium egg noodles

1 clove of garlic, crushed

500 ml chicken or vegetable stock

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
