7 Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup olives (pitted) You can use a combination of green and black but I tend to go with kalamata
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 clove garlic (peeled)
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Ground black pepper
