1 large onion, chopped

2 carrots, scraped and diced

2 tbsp garlic, minced

2 tbsp fresh thyme

1 750 ml bottle Red Wine

1 tbsp beef bouillon (I like Better than Bouillon)

1 1/2 cups water

salt & pepper to taste
